Application Process for the Program in Occupational Therapy

The Program in Occupational Therapy Fall 2010 will be available on  4^th December, 2009. Thank you for your patience.

If you would like to begin preparing your Fall 2010 application the following steps are required:

• Complete Online Application Form (available December 2009)

• An official transcript is needed from each college and/or university attended mailed directly to the Center for Allied Health Programs.

            Center for Allied Health Programs,

            University of Minnesota,

            Program in OT Applications,

            MMC 714, 516 Delaware St. SE,

            Minneapolis, MN 55455.

• An application processing fee of $55 is required to submit an application. This fee can be submitted electronically as a part of the online application.

• Supplemental materials (e.g. prerequisite course reviews) should be sent to the above address.

Thoroughly review our Prerequisites page for details about your eligibility for admission to the OT program.

Applications will be reviewed only after receipt of all transcripts and the application processing fee. Although the Center for Allied Health Programs Student Services Office will communicate with applicants regarding missing information, the completion of each step of the application process is the responsibility of the applicant.
